Jarrett Cost Engineering, LLC is a family-owned and operated business. Our Principal Consultant, Brad, received his Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and Master’s of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University. He also has an MBA from Florida State University. He has worked as a geotechnical field engineer, general contractor, CAPEX engineer, plant engineer, and owner’s representative. For the past 15 years, he has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Tennessee.

Brad and Candace Jarrett have been married for over 20 years and have lived in Knoxville for over 15 years. Living and working in the East Tennessee area, they understand the importance of reputation, relationships, and doing business the right way. Brad and Candace have been busy homeschooling their 2 children and being active in their local church since moving to the area.

Brad enjoys hunting and fishing in the Appalachian Mountains and spending time with his family. Candace enjoys being involved in her community with her non-profit activities with Akima while busy being a mom.
